SPR# MDIY6EDP7J - Error handling wasn't resetting the bcb to the correct stat. This fix will not try and update the named object table for a read only database after rebuilding a view. Some failures on database open where a required rebuild would fail on a read only database are resolved with this fix. The workaround for any problems this would address is to make the database writeable.
